Revamped FLEET Navigation Bar
The FLEET navigation bar has undergone a complete makeover and has been relocated on the screen. It now resides vertically on the left side, creating space for new search options and expanding future navigation capabilities.
You now also have the ability to collapse or expand the navigation bar, offering more screen real estate for your active FLEET pages. You can toggle between these states by clicking the arrow at the top right corner of the navigation bar.
The navigation bar includes familiar options for managing your fleet, along with one additional option:
- Dashboard
- Subscriptions
- Service Opportunities
- Unmonitored
- Support - Newly added to the navigation bar: The support page has been relocated from the Account dropdown menu to the navigation bar, providing the same valuable resource in a more central location.
Sunset of the Upgrade CDMA Page
In 2021, we introduced functionality within FLEET to identify generators with CDMA cellular devices for replacement before Verizon's support discontinuation at the end of 2022.
With that deadline passed, most CDMA devices have been replaced. Generators with non-functional CDMA devices are no longer monitored in FLEET, and the CDMA Upgrade page has been retired. These generators can now be found on the Unmonitored page, where you can enroll them with a new device.
Enhanced Search Capabilities
Locating account holders and generators within your FLEET has become more effortless. You can now swiftly access the information you need from anywhere within the application without performing multiple searches, enabling you to promptly address customer inquiries and manage your fleet.
Key features include search categories, refined search criteria, and categorized search results, all utilizing a "Starts With" search approach. For example, if you search by the generator name “Electr”, then FLEET should return all generators that have a generator name that starts with "Electr" such as Electric Avenue, Electricity Rocks, and Electronics Rule.
Search Categories
You are required to refine your search to a specific category to help narrow the search results. Search categories you can select from the drop-down box include:
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Location Address
- Generator Name
Search Results
Search results are grouped by the monitoring status and display account holder and generator information. If there is a fuel tank attached to a generator that matches the search results, you will also see the tank information listed in the search results. Monitoring statuses are clearly indicated:
- Active: Generators or tanks actively monitored.
- Inactive: Generators or tanks with expired or canceled subscriptions.
- Unmonitored: Generators or tanks with incomplete enrollment.
Should your search yield no results, a message will guide you to review and adjust your search criteria.
Expanded Subscriptions Filtering
Subscriptions search results can now be filtered by a specific future start date, ideal for identifying customers needing outreach for subscription renewals before the 30-day expiration window.
Note: The start date can be set up to 365 days (approximately 12 months) in the future from the current filtering date.
Generator Dashboard Default Column Changes
For users who haven't configured their preferred Generator dashboard columns, default column settings have been updated. The following columns will now be displayed in the Generator dashboard, in the listed order:
- Generator Status
- Device Status
- Account Holder
- Generator Address
- Generator Info
- Maintenance A
- Maintenance B
- Details
