This release brings increased and more streamlined visibility to the information you need to service your customer. Changes include:
- Visibility to a Generator’s Warranty Information
- Consolidation Of Cellular Subscription Information
- Changes to your Fleet Login Process
Visibility to a Generator’s Warranty Information
You can now view the warranty information for a generator in your fleet so you can confidently identify warranty coverage and explain to the customer what is covered and/or not covered for the service and/or repair needed. Information available includes standard and extended warranty dates and coverage information. Note that if no warranty records exist for a generator, this section does not appear.
Consolidation of Cellular Subscription Information
We streamlined your view of cellular subscription information on the Subscriptions page so that Connectivity Accessory Cellular subscriptions are no longer shown separately from other cellular subscriptions. You can now view and search for cellular subscription information at once to determine if you need to renew and purchase cellular subscriptions.
Changes to your Fleet Login Process
We made a change to simplify and improve your Fleet login experience so now your Fleet login path will be the same as your G360 login. This means you’ll have a unified experience with single sign-on between Fleet and G360. To learn more, see our support article.
