That means the consumer paid for a subscription first before you added them to Fleet. If you are unsure and would like to confirm here are some steps below to assist you. The subscription the customers paid for is non-refundable per EULA (the customer agrees to this before signing up). If you as a dealer plan to pay for the first year we recommend communicating with the customers that you will be setting up the account for them involving the subscription so they do not set it up on their end. This will help prevent confusion on both sides.

To locate if the plan has rolled over :
1. Locate the generator serial number on the Fleet
2. Click details
3. Scroll down and click on the subscription tab
4. Off to the left-hand side you will see information for license code, by license type it should display the verbiage rollover
