CDMA Dashboard in Dealer Connection End of Life
In conjunction with the New Mobile Link app release on March 30th, we will be removing the CDMA dashboard from Dealer Connection. After March 30, when you log in to Dealer Connection and navigate to the Mobile Link tab, the old CDMA dashboard will no longer appear.
In April of 2022, your customers' CDMA cellular hardware will no longer function, as Verizon Wireless is cutting off 2G service. Please ensure you are converting your customers over to either 4G LTE, or Wi-Fi Ethernet accessories.

As a result of the Mobile Link monitoring functionality in Dealer Connect being discontinued, we have made the generator’s current status available in the CDMA Transition list on the Subscriptions view in Fleet:

Fleet Enrollment Process Improvements
The FLEET enrollment process has been streamlined and improved; no longer requiring generator owners to receive and react to an approval request email.
When completing the enrollment form, FLEET users will be required to confirm that they have obtained the generator owner’s consent for remote monitoring in order to submit the enrollment using the new “Owner Consents to Remote Monitoring” checkbox on the add generator enrollment form:

If a license is not available at the time of enrollment (based on the type of device enrolled), the enrollment will be completed as an expired subscription. The generator will not be shown in the generator list on the dashboard, but can be found on the Subscriptions page. The subscription will automatically be activated by the auto-renewal process when a license becomes available.

When the enrollment has been successfully completed, the generator owner will receive an email invitation to create their Mobile Link account to take advantage of the benefits of their dealer managed subscription.

When enrolling a generator that has an existing Mobile Link account (converting to Dealer Managed subscription) or adding an additional generator on an existing Mobile Link account, the generator owner will receive the following email:
- The Mobile Link End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) is now available for FLEET users to allow you to easily share this information with your customers
Note: the EULA is also accessible and required during the creation of a new Mobile Link account
What does this mean for my existing Pending enrollment requests:

As there will no longer be “Pending” enrollment requests, the Pending tab is being removed from the Subscriptions page. However, there is no need to worry about the pending enrollment requests that are currently in your fleet. When the new enrollment process is implemented (3/29), we will automatically complete the enrollment process on any pending enrollments initiated within the prior 14 days.

We will also have all pending enrollment data that was created PRIOR to the 14 day window available to FLEET users to download from FLEET in the event that they want to reprocess the enrollment using the new enrollment process.

On the Settings page, see the Download option under Expired Pending Enrollments. All of the information collected in the pending enrollment requests will be available in the download file. Simply click the download button to access the file. (See above screenshot.)
How will the customer create their Mobile Link account:

With the changes to the enrollment process, we are discontinuing automatic creation of the customer’s Mobile Link account, which included sending the customer a system-created password, at the time of enrollment. As mentioned previously, with our new process the customer will receive an email inviting them to create a Mobile Link account.

You will be able to see the status of the customer’s Mobile Link account creation on the Subscriptions Tab in the Generator Details page.
- When the customer has not yet created their Mobile Link account, you will have the ability to resend the invitation email:
SSID & Time Zone fields on Enrollment & Replace Device:
The New Generator Enrollment form and Device swaps have also been simplified by removing the collection of SSID for Wifi devices and Generator Time Zones. The time zone will now be set using the generator location address provided on the enrollment.
New Mobile Link App
Mobile Link App and website are being completely refreshed, redesigned and updated with a cleaner look. The tool's allow for easier navigation, push notifications, and the ability to update your information from the phone or website. There will be a refresh process for current owners, and emails will be going out to all current owners to announce the launch of the new products.
If consumers contact you directly with issues related to their phone, first step is to verify they have their automatic app updates turned on and that they have access to their email. Both will be required to update from the phone.
From the website, they will need to access https://app.mobilelinkgen.com and go through the refresh process. This is a one time process and will take
