New and Improved Enrollment Process:
We have updated our Fleet Enrollment process to be an improved, multi-step process which will allow us to give our users better feedback on errors they may receive during the process, and will allow you to begin an enrollment without adding a connection device.
You will begin the enrollment process using the same “Add New Generator” button on the Generators dashboard page.
Step 1: Provide Generator Serial Number:
When providing the Generator Serial Number, this system will validate that the generator is eligible for enrollment. Possible error cases:
- Serial Number is not valid. Please verify the number entered.
- Serial Number is already enrolled in Fleet.
Step 2: Provide Account Holder Information:
In the event that there is an Account Holder/Owner associated with this generator in our systems, we will pre-fill the Account Holder information that we have available.
- To provide the customer’s address using our improved address entry, click the pencil icon for the Customer Address:
- Begin typing the customer’s address and a list of address results will be presented:
If the address you wish to use is not shown in the results list, click the “I don’t see my address” option to use our manual address entry form:
After completing the required fields, click SAVE to continue.
- In the event that the email address you have provided for the Account Holder already has an existing account (the email address specified is linked to an Owner or Mobile Link account holder in our systems), you will be notified that the existing account holder will be updated with the information that you have provided.
- Please ensure you are using the correct email address and confirm by clicking YES to continue. Clicking No will return you to the Account Holder info entry, where you can provide a new email address, if needed.
Step 3: Provide Generator Information
- Provide Generator Name and Purchase Date. When this information is available in our systems, it will be prefilled but can be edited.
- When the Generator location address is the same as the account holder address, you can use the “Use Account Address” or use the pencil icon to provide the location address of the generator.
- Upon successfully providing account holder and generator information, you will receive a confirmation that the information has been saved and will have the option to continue with enrollment by providing device information, or you can come back and complete the enrollment later.
- Clicking COMPLETE LATER will exit the enrollment process. The information you have saved is accessible in the Unmonitored generator list (see additional information about this new feature below).
- Clicking ADD DEVICE will continue with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Add Device and Complete Enrollment
- After selecting the type of communication device, users will be prompted to provide the appropriate device serial number.
- Upon clicking SUBMIT to complete your enrollment, the system will validate the device serial number and verify that you have licenses available, and complete your enrollment.
- Possible error cases:
- Device not found. Please verify the serial number entered and try again.
- Device is already in use on another generator.
In the event that you do not have sufficient licenses to complete the enrollment, you will be notified of the situation and your enrollment will be saved in the new Unmonitored generators list:
In the event that there is a communicate device already attached to the generator you are adding, the Device information will be prefilled and the following message will display:
NOTE: We intend to improve this functionality in an upcoming release which will allow you to replace the device during enrollment. Stay tuned!

New “Unmonitored” List View:
On the Subscriptions page, you will notice a new tab for “Unmonitored”. Enrollments that are saved without a communication device will be available in this list:
What does “WiFi Kit Eligible” mean?
These are generators which would normally ship with Wi-Fi onboard, but due to the global chip shortage were shipped without a Wi-Fi module.
Important Note:
In our next Fleet update, users will be able to view the status of the customers’ registration for the Wi-Fi kit, as well as shipping dates when that information becomes available.
The following actions are available on generators in your Unmonitored list:
- DETAILS:
Clicking the Details button will allow you to access a condensed version of our generator details page:
Contact, Comments and Service Contract functionality is consistent with current functionality for actively monitored generators. - ENROLL:
Clicking the ENROLL button will allow you to add a communication device and complete enrollment of the generator into your Fleet. The Device information will be collected using the same functionality previously described in our new enrollment process. License availability will be verified during this process. - REMOVE (trash can icon):
Clicking the remove option will allow you to remove a generator from your Unmonitored list. You will be required to confirm that you want to remove the generator from your Unmonitored list:
Upon clicking “Yes I’m Sure”, your dealer ID will be removed from the generator and the generator will no longer be available in your Fleet.

Activation Codes are NOW in Fleet (qualifying dealers only):
As part of these changes – we have added the ability to provide activation codes in Fleet to dealers with qualifying connection rates. There are two ways to access Activation Codes:
- During Enrollment after providing Account Holder and Generator Information:
Note: The icon to the right of the activation code will allow you to copy the activation code.
In some circumstances, we may encounter delays retrieving the activation code. When that occurs, users will be advised that there is a delay in retrieving the activation code but it will be presented to you when it is available:
NOTE: You can continue your work using either the COMPLETE LATER or ADD DEVICE button and the activation code will be provided in a pop message when it becomes available. You will need to close the pop up after you’ve gotten the code.
In the event that the Activation Code cannot be retrieved, an error message will be presented:
On the Generator Details view, Generator Information tab (both Active and Unmonitored) qualifying dealers will see a GET ACTIVATION CODE option:
Click GET ACTIVATION CODE and the activation code will be retrieved and presented in a pop up with the same copy functionality.
