New Generator Enrollment – Improvements:
Collect Valid City/State/Zip code on manual address entry
We have improved the manual address entry form (both account holder and generator location).
Users will now select the Country (USA or Canada).
After providing a valid zip/postal code, users will need to select the appropriate City/State (Region) option.
Improvements when Owner exists for email provided:
During the enrollment of a new generator, when the system does not find owner information associated with the serial number provided, users will be required to provide the account holder email address in the Find Customer window shown below. This step will verify whether the customer’s email address exists in our system.
When the email address provided is associated with an existing Mobile Link account, Fleet will display the account holders information for verification purposes. Clicking continue will allow users to add the new generator to the existing Mobile Link account.
NOTE: The account holders information can not be edited during this step. If the new generator should not be added to the existing Mobile Link account, click CANCEL and Fleet will allow you to provide a different email address.
