CDMA Upgrade Improvements
We have made several updates to the CDMA Upgrade page and functionality to help dealers have clarity around their progress in replacing the CDMA devices that will lose connection at the end of the year.
Progress Tiles
To help our users understand their progress in upgrading CDMA devices for their customers, we have added summary tiles to the CDMA Upgrade page. Similar to the generator dashboard page, these tiles will advise users how many generators with CDMA connection devices in their dealer account are in the following statuses: Scheduled, Not Scheduled, Replaced.
(Please Note: the count reflected in “Replaced” will not include devices that were upgraded prior to this release.)
Filter CDMA Upgrade page
We have added new Filter options on the CDMA Upgrade page to allow users to refine the list and plan their customers’ device upgrades.
You can now filter the list view using: Subscription Status, Generator Status, Connection Status and Upgrade Status. Users can select multiple filter criteria to refine the results shown in the list view.
Keyword search and CSV download will remain available on this page.
Schedule Replacement of CDMA device
We have added new functionality that will allow Fleet users to record a scheduled task for when they plan to upgrade the customer’s CDMA device.
Using the ‘Schedule’ button in the list view:
Fleet will ask for some information about when you plan to replace the device and which device type you plan to use in the replacement:
Export scheduled task to Calendar
Upon submitting the task details, Fleet will present a confirmation message and will allow you to save the task to your calendar using the “Add to Calendar” button.
A calendar file containing will be downloaded that you can save into the calendar of your choice.
Unmonitored Improvements:
We have made some improvements to the Unmonitored Generators list that will improve the usability of this feature.
New location:
We have moved out the Unmonitored Generators list out of the subscriptions page into its own page. You can find “Unmonitored” now in the main menu navigation in Fleet:
Keyword Search on Unmonitored
We have added keyword search capabilities on the Unmonitored Generators list to allow users to search for specific generators in the list.
This search functionality will be consistent with other pages; the search criteria provided in the keyword search will be applied across the data contained in the list to find results that match and will return them in the list view.
