How Do I Purchase Tank Utility Subscriptions?

FLEET 1-Year Tank LTE subscription licenses are available as an option through your GEN Service account where you purchase licenses today. Currently, the first-year subscription is free (direct consumer subscription or via FLEET). Subscriptions once purchased are valid sitting in your FLEET for 2 years from the date or purchase of those subscriptions. Subscriptions are used on a FIFO basis (first in and first out). Once the subscription has been applied to the tank utility device it is valid for 1 year. 

Already in FLEET versus GEN service?

In subscription Tab:

1. At the top of the screen click on the "add subscription" button.

2. You should be routed over to GEN service

In the Unmonitored tab:

1. At the top of the screen click on the "add subscription" button.

2. You should be routed over to GEN service

Where Do I go in GEN service to purchase?

1. Login to the GEN service with your credentials

2. Click on the ordering tab

3. Click on subscription

4. Click on the subcategory of the FLEET management subscription cart
