How Can I Tell if a Subscription Is About To Expire?

Subscription information is found in two spaces: Fleet Subscription and Generator Subscriptions. 

Fleet Bulk Subscriptions Review:

For your Fleet subscription, click on the SUBSCRIPTION link on the left-hand side of the FLEET web page.

By Clicking the filter option and then clicking on the subscription status, you have the ability to sort based on certain types (expired within 30 the past 30 days or expired over 30 days). You can also select a date range to search by as well.

Anything that as 0 days remaining are considered EXPIRED and will not show on the Generator Page ONLY. 

Another tip is if you want to download all your generators and review the renewal dates. You can do so by clicking on the CSV icon right next to the filter/funnel option. It should export all information into an excel document for you.

Individual Generator Subscriptions Review:

1. Click on Generators
2. Location the serial number of the specific generator
3. Click on Details
4. Scroll down, click on SUBSCRIPTIONS tab
5. on the left side you will see the time remaining and the renewal date.

NOTE: Subscription changes can be made within the first 45 days of the license being returned to FLEET, AFTER 45 days, the license is consumed (promo licenses are non-returnable as well as rollover licenses).  Licenses are NON-TRANSFERRABLE to new customers so if an owner moves, please follow the move procedures.
