Some consumers may have more than one generator, this is typically due to having a second home. Some consumers would prefer to have both generators under the same email they may have the other generator under. This is very easy to accomplish, when you are going through the enrollment process when it requests the email (second question/item to enter) you will want to enter in the current email they have the other generator linked under. From here the system will do the work to add the generator to that account for them.
Note: if the consumer is not having the generators monitored via FLEET there will be some restrictions. See Subscription Breakdown
Note: If they are utilizing FLEET although there is no set maximum number of generators they can have enrolled under a dealers FLEET they will see slow downs with accessing and navigating the larger number of units they have on that account.
Can the Customer Monitor the generators under separate emails?
Yes, they most definitely can. During enrollment, you will want to enter the desired email for that second account.
