Will a FLEET subscription expire if I don’t use it?

Fleet subscriptions that are purchased are valid for 2 years, from the date they are purchased. The subscriptions are used on a first-in, first-out basis. If Auto Renew is set up, the license will be applied automatically on the renewal date. If the Auto Renew is unchecked, you will need to renew the license manually

Fleet> Details>Subscription Tab> Renew Now Button

Bulk Renewing Generators?

Fleet>Subscription Tab>Select Desired Expiring Soon Category>Click Select All(or the ones desired)> Click Renew Now

General Subscription Information:

All fleet licenses purchased are 12-month, annual subscriptions. If for some reason something were to occur (a customer changes their mind on renewal as example), the subscriptions are eligible to be returned to your FLEET if within 45 days or less. After that period, the license is considered consumed and will not be credited to your FLEET to be re-used.
