With Licenses on FLEET, we may sometimes see different scenarios or types. To locate the subscription type you will want to be under the details for the customer in question, then the subscription tab. This data will be located off to the left-hand side. Below is a brief description of what these mean.
LTE & WIFI:
If you are seeing this in the description for license type that means this is a license that has been used from your subscription pool
Promo :
If you are seeing this in the description for license type that means this is a license provided by/from Generac. There was no charge for it to you or the customer.
Rollover:
If you are seeing this in the description for license type that means the consumer had a subscription that was still in effect. What that means is it will follow the customer's current renewal period to finish out the subscription. Once completed it will require you to renew the account and utilize one from your subscription pool. This can occur if they have a monthly or an annual subscription.

Refund Eligibility:
Per EULA the consumers agree too under section 9 it does call out that we do not offer refunds. If the intent is to have the consumer be FLEET managed, we strongly urge you to communicate step by step with the consumer that they need to wait for you to complete your end and add the subscription. If the consumer adds a subscription first, that subscription will roll over into your FLEET. No FLEET license will be consumed and no refund will be issued to the end user.
