How Can I Search for Customer In FLEET?

If you would like to search for a specific customer/address (or other identifying information) you can click on the funnel icon on the FLEET dashboard page. If you are unsure of the current status of the generator, i would recommend having all tags selected.  You can search using things like serial number or other identifying factors. Keep in mind the dashboard search option will not find generators that are expired or in your unmonitored tab. 

How Do I Search All Pages on Fleet? 

At the top of your FLEET you you should see a option for "select category" with a drop down menu, right next to that will also be a field to enter in information. This will allow you to search FLEET as a whole. Once it has searched you should see available choices/selections appear under 3 categories (active, inactive, and unmonitored).

Active: Currently has a subscription and being monitored in FLEET

Inactive: No current subscription in FLEET and is currently expired

Unmonitored: Partially enrolled and is waiting on completion
