How Can I Find a Generator’s Current Status?

FLEET is an application that is responsible for providing current and historical status information for all of the generators in a Dealer's connected customer base and does it in an efficient and easy-to-access manner. A customer account can have a generator run status, subscription start, and enrollment approval status. As a result, the current status of a generator can be identified in a variety of ways.  You can check the generator's run status on the Generator status dashboard or the Generator's Details Page.  You can also check the generator's subscription status using the Subscriptions dashboard or on the generator's details page.

To check a generator's run status using the generator dashboard:

1. Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
2. Locate the generator for which the status information is required.
3. View the Status for the generator in the far-left column, labeled Generator Status.
   
   

To check a generator's run status using the generator details page:

1. Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
2. Locate the generator for which the status information is required.
3. Click the Details button located on the right side of the screen.
4. The Generator Details page appears
5. View the Status for the generator in the top-left corner of the screen.

To check a generator's subscription status using the Subscriptions dashboard:

1. Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
2. Click the Subscriptions option on the left-hand side of the screen
3. The Subscriptions dashboard appears:
4. Locate the generator for which the subscription status information is required.
5. View the Status for the generator in the far-left column, labeled Status.

To check a generator's subscription status use the generator details page:

1. Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
2. Locate the generator for which the status information is required.
3. Click the Details button located on the right side of the screen.
4. The Generator Details page appears
5. Scroll down and select the Subscription tab toward the bottom of the screen.
6. View the Subscription status for the generator on the far-left side of the window, labeled with Remaining Months.
