As a Service Dealer, if you are set up with GEN service access already you should be able to access. Once you have opened up GEN service and clicked the "login" option you should see the option for GEN service as well Fleet Management Web Application. To proceed you can click the green go to website option and it will route you over there. You can alternatively go straight to fleet.mobilelinkgen.com. The login credentials are your GEN service credentials. If you are experiencing issues logging in and resetting your password for example, you may need to reach out to GEN service. If you are set up with GEN service and are not seeing the FLEET option, your principal user within the dealership may not have you set up correctly.
