How to Obtain Subscriptions in FLEET

*Your service dealer certification does need to be up to date to purchase subscriptions* 

Fleet subscriptions can be purchased in GenService, where they are then automatically populated into your Fleet account.

To begin, click on the word SUBSCRIPTIONS on the left-hand side of your Fleet Dashboard.

Click on the button "Add Subscriptions”

This will then take you directly to GenService. Once there, navigate to the “Ordering” tab and click “Subscriptions” in the drop-down menu on the ordering tab.

Then, click on “Add Subscription”

Click on the shopping cart next to the type of subscription you would like to purchase.

You can then change the number of subscriptions you purchase. 

To finish, click on “Checkout”.

Enter your Purchase Order information to complete the purchase. Once complete, your licenses will automatically populate into your Fleet account.
