The Generac Fleet team is excited to announce new enhancements to the service opportunity program, enabling you to respond to assignments directly from the notification!
Details:
You can now respond directly to newly assigned Service Opportunities from the notification itself, whether received via email or the G360 message center! The email includes three action options:
- Accept
- Decline due to location
- Decline for other reasons
This enhancement eliminates the need to log into Fleet and navigate to the Service Opportunities page, streamlining the response process and saving you time.
