On occasion, It may be necessary to additional or alternate contact for a generator in FLEET. Whether it is a significant other, a loved one, or even a property manager, additional contacts can be added, managed, and removed through FLEET.
Note: This does not set them up with access to view the generator or receive notifications. It is solely for contact purposes to reach the consumers.
To add additional contacts for information:
- Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
- Locate the generator for which the generator value information is required.
- Click the Details button on the screen's right side.
- The Generator Details page appears
- Scroll down to the generator information tabs section and select the Contacts tab.
- The Update Account Holder section appears
- Scroll down to view the Add Contact section
- It is possible to provide the Name, Email Address, and Phone Number values for a customer's account A minimum of one field must be provided.
Note: Additional Contacts in FLEET are NOT directly linked to customer-viewable information in their Mobile Link Mobile App and Website experiences. As a result, customers will NOT be made aware of changes made to their accounts.
Note: In some cases, it may be necessary to click the Add Contact button before contact information can be provided.
When the desired changes have been completed, click Update at the bottom of the page.
- In some cases, a modal may appear suggesting address verification options. This is primarily offered for Activation and Registration purposes. In this process, either option can be selected by preference, then click Continue.
- A confirmation message will appear
- The Additional Contact information has been successfully added.
To edit additional contact for information:
- Begin from the Generator Status dashboard.
- Locate the generator for which the generator value information is required.
- Click the Details button on the screen's right side.
- The Generator Details page appears
- Scroll down to the generator information tabs section and select the Contacts tab.
- The Update Account Holder section appears
- Scroll down to view the Add Contact section

- A confirmation message will appear
- The Additional Contact information has been successfully removed.
