Updated dashboard experience coming October 28th, 2026!
Watch the walkthrough video located at the bottom of this article to see the new dashboard.
Overview
As Generac continues to expand its connected solutions, Fleet is evolving to provide a more complete view of the equipment being monitored at a site. Rather than focusing solely on the generator, Fleet now provides visibility into the entire connected system.
Each system includes both the generator and its connectivity device, with individual statuses for each component giving you a clearer understanding of what's happening before you arrive on site. Statuses have also been organized into new tiles, making it easier to identify conditions that require attention and prioritize service accordingly.
What's Changing?
Generators Dashboard -> System Status Dashboard
Your dashboard will no longer solely account for the status of the generators you are actively monitoring. Instead, you will view a dashboard that shows the status of the entire system at each site.
You can still filter by run state in the list view to find specific units, even though the dashboard tiles now organize equipment by overall system status.
Generator Status Tiles -> System Status & Currently Active Tiles
Status tiles now represent a smarter way to organize connected equipment at a site. System Status groups equipment into one unified system instead of separate, independent parts, giving you a complete picture of how everything is performing.
Generators that are currently active due to exercise or running due to an outage appear below the system status tiles.
| Needs Service | Needs Attention | Operational |

The Fleet Daily Summary will be updated to reflect the new system status categories, aligning the information in the summary with what you see on the System Status Dashboard.
What Stays the Same?
Fleet's commitment to providing service providers with timely, valuable insights remains unchanged. Core Fleet functionality, including equipment monitoring, notifications, and historical system visibility continues to work as it does today. This update enhances how information is organized and displayed, giving you a clearer picture of system conditions without changing the monitoring experience you rely on.
