Can I add a generator if my customer does not have a Mobile Link account?

Enrolling a generator in FLEET will create a Mobile Link account for the customer if they do not already have one.  The account will be created using the email address you provide during the fleet enrollment process. Email address should be the customers email address only. This email will be used as the login I.D. The customer will want to click on the "get started" option at the bottom of the FLEET enrollment email that was sent once you have enrolled them.

It is important to note that the customer accepts an End User License Agreement while logging into their account for the first time. 

This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between A Company and A User and contains important terms and conditions relating to matters such as proprietary rights, indemnities, and liability. 

Under no circumstances should a dealer accept an End User License Agreement on behalf of a customer.
