This is for same-owner situations, not new owners.
Example of Same owner scenarios:
A spouse
Same customer just new email (no longer using old email, was a work email, etc)
Other Scenarios which Require change:
Dealer email was used
builder email was used
installer email was used
A child is taking ownership of home
if one of these scenarios fits listed under other, please follow article.
To Edit the customer contact information for a specific generator:
- Log into Mobile Link FLEET
- Click the Details button on the specific generator you would like to modify
3. Scroll down until you see the word subscription
4. If the email is changeable for this owner (only if they did not verify their original email), you can click the update button to the right of the email (it will be blue if it is eligible to be changed)
5. If email cannot be modified from here customer can modify on their end by logging in to change instructions to change in their account or have them verify the email externally to the Mobile Link account. If the customer is verifying externally to their account, once they have verified the new email please contact customer support to update the email.
