| A | The new accessory has vastly improved cellular coverage than the current device, providing greater uptime and a more consistent user experience. The entire product is designed with useability and reliability in mind, creating a more robust and polished product. |
| Q | Will I be able to enroll this accessory to Fleet? |
| A | Yes! When prompted to choose a device type during enrollment, choose Connectivity Accessory Cellular and provide the device serial number. These devices will use the same cellular subscriptions that you purchase for the LTE device in GenService. |
| Q | Will the previous LTE accessory be obsolete or sunset? |
| A | In time, warranty replacements for any connectivity device (i.e. Tether LTE or Wi-Fi/Ethernet) will be with the new connectivity accessory. The Tether LTE will be obsolete within the next 6 months. |

| A | Customers will not be able to enroll the device themselves at this time. The date for the full launch is TBD. |

| A | The new accessory is installed in the same location as the Tether LTE and fits the same hole. However, the accessory requires the installation of 3 additional bolts to affix the mounting plate to the generator panel. |

| A | Not until the full launch. The date for the full launch is TBD. |
| Q | What is the warranty of the new cellular accessory? |
| A | 1 year, same as the LTE. |
| Q | Who do I contact if I need support? |
| A | The Customer Service and Technical Service teams are fully trained to support the G3 accessory, you should reach out to the normal channels for assistance. |
| Q | Which control panels are compatible with the new accessory? |
| A | All panels including Evolution, Nexus, Evolution 2, and Power Zone 410, as well as any private labels (i.e. Honeywell, etc.) |
