Rollover Subscriptions

We have made significant enhancements to the Mobile Link subscription offerings to provide you with a better user experience and improved subscription management options.

In Fleet, we updated the subscription management process to improve your overall experience with Mobile Link, so there are changes to how subscription licenses are consumed:

• Enrolling Generators or LP Fuel Monitors with Active Premium Consumer-Paid Subscriptions: When enrolling a generator or fuel monitor with an active consumer-paid premium subscription in Fleet, a subscription license will be required to complete the enrollment. The rollover license model is being discontinued to accommodate the remainder of consumer-paid premium subscriptions.
• Promo Subscription Licenses for Enrolled Devices: If a generator or fuel monitor has an active consumer-paid premium subscription and you are eligible for promo subscription licenses for the device type being enrolled, you will not need to consume a subscription license to complete the enrollment. The promo license will be created and applied to the device being enrolled.
• Subscription License Availability: Please ensure you have enough subscription licenses available when enrolling a generator or fuel monitor in Fleet to avoid any disruptions.
• Consumer-Purchased Premium Subscriptions: Consumer-purchased premium subscriptions, whether for single or multiple devices, must be canceled by the consumer after they are enrolled in Fleet monitoring.

PZ410 Controllers

As part of our ongoing commitment to performance optimization, we have updated the PZ410 controller’s exercise duration configuration: It now spans from a minimum of 5 minutes to a maximum of 20 minutes, defaults to 5 minutes, and still allows adjustments in one-minute increments between those limits.

Subscriptions

You can now view subscription tiles with the number of available subscription licenses for each subscription type immediately after purchase, even if you have not enrolled any generators under that subscription type yet. This will provide you with visibility and easy access to their available licenses for better management and planning.
