Updates to Device Status Ecode Display
We’ve improved how device status is displayed to provide clearer and more reliable information.
- Enhanced Status Accuracy: Device status now more accurately reflects whether the unit is online, offline, or disconnected.
- Ecode Visibility: Both the Ecode and its description now appear in the Status History for easy reference.
These updates improve clarity and confidence in the status information shown, helping you troubleshoot faster and with greater accuracy.
Introduction of a New Fleet Login Process
The GenService login will be discontinued in November. Users are encouraged to create and verify their Generac 360 accounts to maintain uninterrupted access. A support page is available with detailed guidance for Fleet Users on completing this transition.
