New Fleet Login Process
We are pleased to inform you that we are making the final push to simplify and improve your Fleet login experience. In the near future, we will discontinue the use of GenService to log into Fleet, and you will need to utilize Generac360 for your login process. This means you’ll have a unified experience with single sign-on between Fleet and Generac360.
We’d like to provide you with some key information on what to expect.
Fleet Users with Existing Generac360 Accounts
For those of you who already have a Generac360 account, when you access Fleet, you will be able to login with your Generac360 username and password. However, you may need to verify your email address, and you will be notified in Fleet if you do.
How to Verify the Email Address Connected to Your Generac360 Account
- Select to sign into Fleet using Generac360.
- On the Welcome screen, enter your email address and then select the Continue button.
- On the Enter Your Password screen, select Forget password?.
- On the Forgot Your Password? screen, enter your email address and select the Continue button.
- You will receive instructions to reset your password in your email mailbox.
- After you reset your password, your email will be verified.
Fleet Users with GenService Accounts
If you do not yet have a Generac360 account, below is information to walk you through the steps to get started.
How to Create a Generac360 Account
- If you do not yet have a Generac360 account, please contact your Fleet Administrator and they will request an account for you.
- Once requested, you’ll receive an email invite to create your Generac360 login credentials.
If you have any questions on creating a Generac360 account, please contact your Dealer Sales Manager or Inside Sales Representative.
