Fleet is making some changes to ensure you never miss a Service Opportunity again! Starting on March 28, 2025, we will be implementing new functionalities into Generac 360 so that you can receive real-time alerts when a new Service Opportunity is assigned to you.
What’s Changing?
Fleet Service Opportunities will now be delivering real-time alerts in Generac 360, both when a new Service Opportunity is assigned to you and when you are at risk of losing an opportunity due to failure to accept.
These Service Opportunity alerts will be delivered to the Generac 360 Message Center. You will have access to the same valuable information that is sent in the email notifications when new Service Opportunities are assigned to you. Additionally, you will be able to navigate directly from the Message Center alert to the Opportunity Management page in Fleet, allowing you to quickly and easily respond to the new opportunity.
The Message Center alerts will be accessible to all Generac 360 users associated with your Dealer ID. There are no additional steps required to opt-in to receiving Service Opportunity alerts in the Generac 360 Message Center.
Why are we sending Service Opportunities alerts in Generac 360?
We want to offer a quick and easy way for you to respond to new Service Opportunities. This new integration will offer greater visibility when new opportunities are assigned, without additional effort to enable notification recipients.
Next Steps:
There are no actions required to take advantage of the new Service Opportunity alerts. They will automatically start populating into the Generac 360 message center as of March 28, 2025.
