- View counts of stalled active service opportunities that haven't been updated in 5 business days for proactive attention.
- Filter options in the Opportunity Management page: Accepted grid by stage and stalled service opportunities for targeted follow-ups.
- Quick keyword search on the Opportunity Management page to locate specific service opportunities efficiently.
- In-app alerts for stalled service opportunities to prompt timely actions.
- Separate list views for active and completed service opportunities on the Opportunity Management page for streamlined navigation.
