How will my customers be affected?
Your customers will not be affected by this pricing change, as they are subject to the prices you’ve set according to your service agreement. With the above changes to dealer subscription prices, it is at your discretion whether you would like to adjust the prices for your customers.
Will I still receive a free first year of monitoring for Tank monitors?
No, this promotion was and is set to end on May 1, 2025. Stay tuned for new promotion details!
Can Guardian Wi-Fi Subscriptions be applied to the new Connectivity Cellular Accessory (G0072150)?
No, the Connectivity Cellular Accessory must utilize a “FLEET_LTE_SUB”. Guardian Subscriptions are only applicable to onboard Wi-Fi units.
How long will I be able to purchase Guardian Wi-Fi subscriptions?
There is no end date in sight for Guardian Wi-Fi subscriptions. You will be able to continue purchasing and utilizing these subscriptions for the foreseeable future.
What will happen to the FLEET subscriptions I've already purchased prior to May 1?
Any existing unapplied subscriptions sitting in your Fleet account will remain valid upon May 1, 2025, when these new pricing changes go into effect. You will not lose these subscriptions.
Why would a customer want to buy fuel monitoring services from me instead of enrolling in their own Mobile Link plan for fuel monitoring, considering they have a similar price point?
As a dealer, you are going to get more traffic from consumers that can't monitor their generators and fuel tanks, as our subscription plans only support monitoring a limited number of devices at a time. With your expertise, you are able to provide services to customers which they are unable to do themselves.
