Release 9.6.0 – Improved Generator Status Accuracy

Generator status now provides a clearer picture when multiple conditions are active simultaneously. Status indicators more precisely reflect operational state, so a unit running normally during a utility loss is easily distinguishable from one requiring attention — even when maintenance alerts are also present.

Disconnected Device

When a generator's connected device goes offline, the generator details page now displays the last reported generator status with a grayed-out icon and a message indicating the device is disconnected.

Running with an Active Maintenance Alert

When a generator is running during a utility loss and a maintenance alert is triggered simultaneously, the details page now displays both the running status and the maintenance warning independently in the status tile.
